Notes

High Voltage is AC/DC's first album release in the United States.  It is a combination of two Australian albums named High Voltage & T.N.T.  The album contains a couple AC/DC hits, but most of the titles found here are deep tracks.

Recommendations

I recommend this album to any rock fan, or to anyone who may just like only a couple AC/DC songs.  This album is pure AC/DC.  Sure you might not know every song, but after a couple listens of High Voltage I promise that you will want to pick up another album by AC/DC.

If you plan on purchasing High Voltage

You must pick up the 2003 remastered version.  All AC/DC albums have been remastered with new packaging, fabulous liner notes, and CD ROM extra footage features.  AC/DC may have the greatest CD package on the market today.  The liner notes tell a continuing story on the band.  Each disc continues the story where the previous disc left off.  You should be able to purchase this CD at any Best Buy, or local record store.  It is not out of print, and is fairly easy to find.  Do not pay more than $11.99, with the use of Cdnow.com and local record stores, you should find it lower than twelve dollars.

If you don't plan on purchasing High Voltage but want to hear some tracks from it

I have listed my personal top five tracks from this album.  If interested you should check out Itunes or Napster to download a couple tracks that I recommend.  I also have my ideal compilation for the band on my AC/DC home page.
