AC/DC

AC/DC  was formed out of Australia where brothers Malcolm & Angus Young formed the band.  They went through quite a few different line-up's before they found the voice of the band, Bon Scott.  Bon Scott would record 5 studio albums, a live album, and a LP with the band before he died.  The death of Bon Scott left band members confused on how to continue.  How could you replace the great Bon Scott? Well they did and the first release with Brian Johnson was one of their most successful albums of all time.  The band would record more albums with Johnson, some good, some not so good.  Overall the band released 17 albums, a box set of Bon Scott material and a few DVD's.  The bands latest album was released in 2000, almost 25 years after their debut, and they were still rocking.  Jokingly, people say that all AC/DC songs sound the same, and a lot of them do.  But one thing is for sure, this band really knew how to rock.  In 2008, after 8 years since the release of Stiff upper lip, AC/DC released a new album.  Looks like the boys still know how to rock.
