American Hi-Fi

American Hi-Fi is an American alternative/pop rock bank best known for their hit of their debut album, "Flavor of the weak."  The band was originally titled BMX Girl, but with a meeting with Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, they asked him what their band should be named and he said American Hi-Fi, and they stuck with it.  In addition to their debut album and hit single they have recorded a couple other studio albums and released a couple hard to find live albums.  The band went there separate ways in 2007, but in 2008 have rejoined and have actually recorded a few songs.  Their new album is set to be released in late 2008.
