Notes

This was a highly anticipated album after their previous release, however this album ended up being a flop.  The majority of the album are covers with the big hits being "Hi-de-ho" and the original "Lucretia Mac Evil".  The album still peaked at number one on the Billboard charts because of the anticipation of its release.

Recommendations

This is when the decline of Blood Sweat & Tears begun.  There are a couple good tracks here, but don't expect anything great.  If you are just a casual fan you are better off with their first two releases or a greatest hits package.

If you plan on purchasing Blood Sweat & Tears 3

You can find this through on-line stores at a reasonable price.  The liner notes don't exist, but the price is right.  You can take a look at Cdnow.com for availability.

If you don't plan on purchasing Blood Sweat & Tears 3 but want to hear some tracks from it

You will want the two hits "Hi-de-ho" and "Lucretia Mac Evil".  You can purchase these tracks along with others tracks at Itunes or Napster.  Both of these tracks are also on both of their greatest hits packages which may also be another option.  If you need more suggestions, I have my ideal compilation for the band at my Blood Sweat & Tears homepage.
