Notes

Boston is one of the greatest debut albums of all time.  If you regularly listen to classic rock radio stations, then I'm sure you have heard every song from this album played over the radio.  The album starts off with three top 40 hits, then followed by five classics for a great start to finish album.

Recommendations

Boston is a must have for any music library.  If you are a big fan, casual fan, or not a fan at all, you must have it in your collection, it is that good!

If you plan on purchasing Boston

You must get the newly remastered 2006 version.  Tom Scholz has gone back into the studio, dug up some old tapes and has remastered Boston, as well as their second release Don't Look Back.  The new remastered version contains an eleven page booklet with a couple short stories written by Tom Scholz & Rolling Stone writer David Wild.  The remastered version costs just as much as the previous release version so there is no point in not purchasing the 2006 remastered version.  You can easily find this album available at Best Buy or your local record store.  If you are not able to find it in stores, it is always in stock at Cdnow.com.  Don't ever pay more than $11.99

If you don't plan on purchasing Boston but want to hear some tracks from it

I have listed my personal top five tracks from this album, however, I highly recommend that you purchase the album since every track is classic. But if you're not interested, you should check out Itunes or Napster to download a couple tracks that I recommend.  I also have my ideal compilation for the band on my Boston Home Page.
