Notes

Tuesday Night Music Club was not only the title of Sheryl Crow's debut album, but the name of a group of musicians who met on Tuesday night's that co-wrote the album with Crow.  The album did not sell well in its early stages, but after the release of the single "All I wanna do" the album sales rose.  The lyrics to "All I wanna do" are actually from a poem that Crow read in a local library.  Half the album ended up being singles and peaked at number 3 on the Billboard charts a year after it was released.

Recommendations

This was actually a surprisingly good album to me.  In fact I enjoy more than half of the album.  I would recommend this to anyone who considers them a music fan.

If you plan on purchasing Tuesday night music club

There a couple imports that include some bonus tracks, which is nice, but to me your better off with the original release.  The good thing however about these imports unlike most, is that these are inexpensive.  You can find any of these versions at Cdnow.com.

If you don't plan on purchasing Tuesday night music club but want to hear some tracks from it

If you're not going to purchase Tuesday Night Music Club, then you're probably going to be interested in one of her greatest hits albums.  The majority of the hits can be found there with one exception.  The track "No one said it would be easy" is one of my favorites here, and is not on a greatest hits package.  If your still wanting to pass these up then give my top 5 a preview at Itunes or Napster, you can also purchase tracks here. For more suggestions, I have my ideal compilation on my Sheryl Crow Home Page.
