Notes

This was one of the most anticipated albums for 2003 and it sure didn't disappoint.  It was the best selling of album of 2003 winning all sorts of awards.  The album consisted of two number one hits and loaded with club bangers.  It also includes three bonus tracks, one of which can be found on the Eight Mile soundtrack.  It peaked at number one on the Billboard Pop Charts.

Recommendations

You have got to own this one.  This album has hit after hit and one of the best hip-hop albums to be released that year.  If you're into  hip-hop, G-unit, or Eminem you really need this in your collection.

If you plan on purchasing Get rich or die tryin'

There are a few versions of this album available.  The most popular, which is the one I own and recommend is the 2003 release.  There is a bonus DVD and import one that is more expensive and hard to get your hands on.  If you have young children and think you may be playing this around them, then you should probably pick up the other release, which is a clean version.  You can purchase all of these at Cdnow.com.

If you don't plan on purchasing Get rich or die tryin' but want to hear some tracks from it

This album is loaded with great hip-hop tracks and you've really got to own it.  If you are nutty though and are going to pass it, you should at least preview my top 5 at Itunes or Napster.  You may discover that you may enjoy some of these club bangers, such as In da club and 21 questions.  For more suggestions you can check out my ideal compilation at my 50 Cent Home Page.
