Notes

This is the follow up to Josh Kelley's debut album.  It didn't sell as well as his debut, probably because the track "Amazing" from his debut was such a big hit, which this album lacked.  Overall I would say that it is just as good, if not maybe a little better than his debut.

Recommendations

If you liked his first one than you will like this.  I wouldn't recommend this for everyone though.  If you're into guys like John Mayer and laid back pop music then you will want to check this out

If you plan on purchasing Almost honest

There are two versions to get.  One of them being a Japanese import that runs around 40 dollars, and the original release.  I would stick to the original.  The two extra tracks on the import is not worth the cash money.  I have never found this in stores, but you can purchase it on-line at Cdnow.com.

If you don't plan on purchasing For the ride home but want to hear some tracks from it

There were really only a few tracks that I would recommend, and that would be the opening track "Walk fast", the hit single "Only you", and the title track "Almost honest".  These can all be purchased at either Itunes or Napster. I also have my ideal compilation on my Josh Kelley Home Page.
