Notes

I bought this album right when it came out because I heard a song on a local hip-hop station I liked.  I popped it in, and did not like it and shelved it away.  5 years later I pop it in again, and yeah, it's still bad.  His flow is pretty whack, and the lyrics are corny and whack. I hope his future albums are better.  I'm not sure how, probably because of the label, but Loon peaked at number 6 on the Billboard charts.

Recommendations

I like to call this "chick rap".  I honestly think only young girls would get into Loon.  Not recommended.

If you plan on purchasing Loon

There is just the one version of this album.  It's a bit harder to find in stores now, and is expensive, probably due to the fact that he is no long on Bad Boy Records.  You still can purchase the album at Cdnow.com.

If you don't plan on purchasing Loon but want to hear some tracks from it

There were a couple hits from this, those were "Down for me" and "How do you want that".  Sadly those are two of the better tracks on the album.  If you're interested you may want to start there.  You may be better off checking out some of his work that he was a feature on, such as "I need a girl."  You can preview these tracks at either Itunes or Napster.  If you're wanting to expand on your Loon knowledge you can check out my ideal compilation at my Loon Home Page.
