Notes

This is really the 5th album by Ricky Martin but his first to include English tracks.  This album really made Ricky a star in the U.S. with the smash hit "Livin' la vida loca" and "She's all I ever had".  This album also included Spanish versions of these songs and some other Spanish tunes.  It was was a big hit world wide and reached number one on the Billboard charts.

Recommendations

I'm not a big fan of this scene.  There were a couple good tracks here, but I don't think its worth owning the album.  It should really only be for die-hard music collectors and fans of Latin pop.

If you plan on purchasing Ricky Martin

There are a couple versions of this album available.  The most common and the one I believe you should purchase is the one that has the official 1998 World Cup song, "The cup of life".  If you're unable to find this at your local record store, you can easily purchase it at Cdnow.com.

If you don't plan on purchasing Above but want to hear some tracks from it

To me, there are only two decent tracks here, and that would be "Livin' la vida loca" and "She's all I ever had."  There are some other notable tracks such as "Shake your bon-bon" and "Maria."  You can purchase these tracks at either Itunes or Napster.  This may be the best route to go, and if you need more ideas, check out my ideal compilation at my Ricky Martin Home Page.
